What types of events do you design?
We bring the magic to baby showers, bridal brunches, birthdays, weddings, engagements, anniversaries, corporate gatherings—and anything worth celebrating. If it’s special to you, we’ll make it unforgettable.

Do you create custom balloon designs?
Absolutely! Every display is tailored to your event style, theme, and color palette. From petite bundles to full installations, we make your vision pop.

Do you offer balloon bundles or grab-and-go options?
Yes! Our Done For You products—like garlands and columns—are perfect for pickup or delivery with minimal setup.

Can you match my theme or colors?

How far in advance should I book?
• Custom installs: 4–6 weeks recommended
• Bundles & DFY setups: Often ready within 24–48 hours

Do you offer custom floral arrangements?
Yes—all our florals are styled to order based on your vision, budget, and occasion.

What types of flowers do you use?
We work with fresh seasonal blooms, and also offer dried or artificial options upon request.

Are your flowers locally sourced?
Whenever possible! We love supporting local growers and small farms.

Do you offer florals for weddings or corporate events?
Yes. From centerpieces to large-scale installations, we handle full floral styling for weddings, showers, corporate events, and more.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Of course—just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Can I include a message or add wrapping?
Yes! We offer personalized notes, vase upgrades, and wrap options.

How far in advance should I order florals?
1–2 weeks is ideal. For large events or holidays, earlier is better.

Do you rent backdrops, props, or signage?
Yes! We offer a curated collection of event rentals—from neon signs to luxe statement walls.

Is delivery included with rental orders?
No, rates vary based on distance, item size, and access needs.

What’s your pickup and return policy?
Items must be returned within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed. Late fees apply.

Can someone else pick up or return my rentals?
Yes—just provide a valid ID and payment card on file.

Will you load my vehicle?
For safety reasons, we cannot load or unload customer vehicles. Please bring a friend to help.

What if I return rentals late or damaged?
Late returns incur a fee of $50/day or 15% of your total—whichever is higher. Damages may result in repair or replacement costs.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
We offer time windows (e.g., 9am–1pm). Exact times aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What if the recipient isn’t home?
We’ll follow any instructions on file. If redelivery is needed, additional fees may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Venmo & cash. More payment options are coming soon!

Are there fees for delivery or customization?
Some setups may include extra costs for delivery, setup, or personalization—these will be outlined in your quote.

Can I cancel or reschedule my order?

Can I change my date?
One reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days’ notice. We’ll work with you to find availability, but holidays may limit options.
