RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 A refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure your rental items and reserve the event date.
1.2 A payment of 50% of the total rental cost is required to lock in and reserve products and the event date.
1.3 The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event date, or may be paid in cash upon pickup.
1.4 Separate invoices will be issued for any additional Pop & Petal services (e.g., balloons or florals).
2. Pick-Up & Return
2.1 Rentals must be picked up and returned during the following windows unless otherwise arranged:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM–9:00 AM
• Sunday: Closed
2.2 Rentals must be returned within 48 hours of pickup.
• Rentals picked up on Friday must be returned by the following Monday.
3. Late Returns
3.1 Late returns incur a $50/day fee or 15% of your total rental, whichever is greater.
4. Rental Care & Condition
4.1 Delivery is available. Contact us for pricing.
4.2 Rentals must be returned clean, undamaged, and in the same condition they were received.
4.3 Clients are responsible for all rental items from the time of pickup or delivery until they are returned.
4.4 Any loss, theft, damage, or excessive wear will result in additional fees, up to the full replacement cost.
4.5 Returns must be scheduled with a Pop & Petal team member for inspection.
4.6 Items will be inspected upon return. Any issues will be documented and invoiced accordingly.
5. Delivery (If Applicable)
5.1 Delivery is available. Contact us for pricing.
5.2 Standard service includes front-door delivery only.
5.3 Additional fees apply for stairs, elevators, or indoor placement, and must be pre-arranged.
5.4 Pop & Petal does not guarantee exact delivery times, but will provide a delivery window.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
6.1 Deposits are non-refundable.
6.2 One date change is allowed if notice is provided at least 14 days prior to the event date and formal notice is sent via email to popandpetalevents@gmail.com.
6.3 The new event date must fall within 6 months from the original date for credit to apply.
6.4 We require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice for rescheduled event dates.
6.5 Rescheduling around major holidays is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate.
7. Responsibility & Liability
7.1 The client is fully responsible for rental items from the time of pickup and/or delivery until returned to Pop & Petal.
7.2 Pop & Petal is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the use of rental items.
7.3 Items must not be left unattended in unsecured or exposed outdoor locations.
