🎈🌸 Design, Delivery & Installation Policy

At Pop and Petal Events, we take pride in making your celebrations effortless and beautiful—whether we’re delivering dreamy balloon displays, elegant florals, or both. Please review our booking, delivery, and installation policies to ensure seamless service from start to finish.

 

Custom Balloon Design Installations & Deliveries

  • Timing: We recommend booking custom balloon installations at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent or last-minute requests whenever possible.

  • Fees: Large installations or requests for specific delivery windows may incur additional charges. Just reach out—we’ll provide a fair quote.

 

 

Done-For-You Balloons & Same-Day Delivery

  • Coverage Area: Local deliveries within an 8-mile radius of Bensalem, PA are available for a $10 flat fee. For locations beyond that, a $10 base fee applies, with additional mileage quoted based on your setup—transparent, fair, and tailored to you.

  • Same-Day Options: Need something fast? Select balloon bundles are available for same-day delivery—explore our Same Day Delivery Collection for current options.

  • Timing: Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and your event time. For same-day orders, we do our best to accommodate your requested time frame.

  • Delivery Window: Once your order is finalized, you’ll receive a delivery window. We’ll keep you informed of any unexpected delays due to weather or traffic.

  • Recipient Responsibilities: Someone must be present to accept the delivery. If no one is available at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee may apply.

 

 

🚗 Pick-Up Guidelines for Done For You (Grab N Go) Garlands

  • Done-For-You Garland Sizes:

    • 4ft–6ft garlands fit most 4-door sedans.

    • 8ft+ garlands require an SUV, hatchback, or a vehicle with fold-down seats.

  • Transport Disclaimer: Please drive with care—Pop and Petal is not responsible for items once they leave our location.

 

 

Installation

  • On-Site Setup: For large balloon installations, our team will arrive at a pre-arranged time. Setup time is confirmed during order finalization.

  • Access Requirements: Ensure venue access at the agreed time, including any codes, elevators, or entry permissions.

  • Outdoor Installations: We are not liable for damage due to wind, rain, or excessive heat. In case of bad weather, we’ll work with you to adjust the setup or explore indoor alternatives.

 

 

Flower Orders

  • Same-Day Options: Select floral designs are available for same-day delivery—browse our Same Day Delivery Collection for options.

  • Freshness Guarantee: All arrangements are handcrafted using fresh blooms. Please place orders at least 48 hours in advance (except for same-day delivery items).

  • Care Instructions: Keep flowers in a cool, shaded spot for best results. Once delivered, care becomes the responsibility of the client.

 

 

🛑 Booking Policies

  • No refunds after booking (we reserve inventory just for you)!

  • One date change allowed (14+ days' notice required, via email only to popandpetalevents@gmail.com)

  • Reschedules MUST happen within 6 months with a minimum of 3 weeks notice of reschedule event.
